• Each vendor will be provided with 1- 6' table covered with black linen.

• Set-up must be completed by 5:00 PM.

• The event will run from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

• There is no vendor fee to participate.

All vendors are asked to contribute one item or service to the event raffle.

• Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and payment collection

• Vendors must stay for the duration of the event.

• Set-up and breakdown are the vendor's responsibility.

• The event organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
